Deliveries

Please note that all dresses listed are sample dresses and have been on display in our showroom. Whilst every care is taken to keep our dresses in excellent condition, they are sample dresses and have been tried on. You may find signs of handling including missing buttons and beading, loose threads or marks inside or outside. To restore your dress you may require alterations or repairs or to have it dry cleaned professionally. The sale price of each dress reflects the condition. If you need further details on a particular dress please contact the store on 046 9483644 or email abellebridal@gmail.com and we will be happy to send on images of that particular dress displayed on a mannequin.

RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 7 days from when you receive your goods. The cost of delivery for the returned item is entirely the responsibility of you. The product must be in the same condition it was sent in with tags attached and in original packaging. All items are photographed prior to delivery as proof of condition. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser without refund if we suspect that any product has been used or worn & mishandled. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original delivery charge. There will also be a €20 admin charge deducted.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are sent by AN POST on a tracked service. All delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at ‘checkout’. We will dispatch your order within approximately 5 working days (inside Ireland). If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
