Yes, we would ask that you book an appointment in advance to ensure there is a sale consultant available to assist you. Each bridal appointment will take approximately 1 – 1.5 hours and bridesmaid appointments are 1 hour long.
We do ask that you refrain from wearing tan or makeup on the day if at all possible, as it can soil the dresses.
Depending on the range you like, delivery time can take approximately 12-22 weeks to arrive in store. Then you would need to factor in time for possible alterations. Equally there are some designers we carry that offer quicker delivery/ rush delivery for an additional cost should you not have as much time before your wedding day.
We would suggest between 9 and 12 months before your wedding as the ranges we carry can take approximately 6 – 8 months to arrive in store. Equally there are some designers we carry that offer quicker delivery/ rush delivery for an additional cost should you not have as much time before your wedding day. We can also sell some of our gowns off the rail too, so please do ask our sale consultant on the day.
If there is an item you like to bring, for example a particular pair of shoes, or type of underwear you wish to try on with a wedding gown please feel free to bring them with you but otherwise you don’t need to bring anything else along for your bridal consultation.
Our sample gowns range from sizes 8-26.
We can offer you a list of recommended independent bridal seamstress based in Meath/ Westmeath/ Kildare and Dublin. Other independent seamstresses are also available to meet with you in store for your fittings as well should you so wish.

RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 7 days from when you receive your goods. The cost of postage for the returned item is entirely the responsibility of you. The product must be in the same condition it was sent with tags attached and in original packaging. All items are photographed prior to delivery as proof of condition. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser without refund if we suspect that any product has been used or worn & mishandled. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge. There will be a €20 admin charge.
You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer.
All orders are sent by An Post on a tracked service. All delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at ‘checkout’. We will deliver your order within approximately 5 working days (inside Ireland). If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
