Do I need to book an appointment and how long do are appointments?

Yes, we do ask that you book an appointment in advance to ensure you have a safe space to enjoy your consultation. Each private bridal appointment will take approximately 90 minutes and bridesmaid appointments are 70 minutes. We have a consultation fee payable online when booking your appointment,  appointments can be cancelled up to 2 days before your scheduled slot and a refund will be issued. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice your fee will not be refunded. At present, we allow 3 people plus the bride for the appointment.

Sample Sale Appointments

Bridal sample sale appointments are 60 minutes long. Should you wish to book a sample sale appointment, please remember that the selection of dresses will be less than is visible on our main showroom floor. Sample sale dresses are all priced under €900 & are styles we can no longer re order and therefore are on sale at reduced prices. They have been tried on and therefore may require dry cleaning or some repair work by a seamstress. We will only have one style in one size and colour.

Can I wear tan/ makeup for my appointment?

We do ask that you refrain from wearing tan or makeup on the day if at all possible, as it can soil the dresses.

How far in advance should I start shopping for bridesmaids gowns?

Depending on the range you like, delivery time can take approximately 12-25 weeks to arrive in store. Then you would need to factor in time for possible alterations. Equally there are some designers we carry that offer quicker delivery/ rush delivery for an additional cost should you not have as much time before your wedding day.

How far in advance should I start shopping for bridal gowns?

We would suggest between 9 and 12 months before your wedding as the ranges we carry can take approximately 6 – 8 months to arrive in store. Equally there are some designers we carry that offer quicker delivery/ rush delivery for an additional cost should you not have as much time before your wedding day. We can also sell some of our gowns off the rail too, so please do ask our sale consultant on the day.

What do I need to bring with me for my bridal appointment?

We would advise that you wear nude/white underwear as darker underwear can be visible through some dresses. We would also suggest something to tie your hair up with should you like to see a certain upstyle with a dress. If there is an item you like to bring, for example a particular pair of shoes, please feel free to bring them with you but otherwise you don’t need to bring anything else along for your bridal consultation.

What size samples do you carry?

Our sample gowns range from sizes 8-28.

Do you provide an alteration service?

We can offer you the name of an independent bridal seamstress based in Meath who previous brides have used & recommended. This will be an additional cost payable directly to the seamstress and all appointments can be made directly with her in her studio.

RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 7 days from when you receive your goods. The cost of postage for the returned item is entirely the responsibility of you. The product must be in the same condition it was sent with tags attached and in original packaging. All items are photographed prior to delivery as proof of condition. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser without refund if we suspect that any product has been used or worn & mishandled. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge. There will be a €20 admin charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are sent by An Post on a tracked service. All delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at ‘checkout’. We will deliver your order within approximately 5 working days (inside Ireland). If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
